Fine grain repair Dexter

Fine-grained remover is a kind of ready-made cement-based mortar that due to the presence of various polymers in its structure, in addition to the ability to form and adhere to a variety of materials, especially concrete, also reduces the permeability of the surfaces used.

The fine-grained repairer is controlled according to the following standards:
ASTM C928 & ASTM C1583
BS EN 12636 & BS EN 12637

Features of fine-grained repairers:
Extremely high adhesion to a variety of materials
Can be used on cement and concrete surfaces
Can be used on interior and exterior surfaces
Easy to run
No contraction
Suitable mechanical strength
Resistant to heat and cold cycles
Increase the impermeability of concrete surfaces
Ability to supply in different colors depending on customer needs

Uses of fine-grained repairers:
Repair and smoothing of porous surfaces
Floor and wall substructure for the implementation of various coatings
Infrastructure of brick and stone surfaces for the implementation of various coatings
Leveling unevenness caused by formatting errors
Can be used on surfaces that are in direct contact with water.

Consumption of fine-grained repairers:

Depending on the amount of porosity and unevenness of the applied surfaces, 1.5 to 2 kg is required to cover one square meter with a thickness of one millimeter.

Steps of using fine-grained repairers:
The surface must be clean, firm and free of grease, dust, paint, oil and loose particles.
About 6 to 7 liters of water should be added to each 25 kg bag. Mixing the powder with water should be done using an electric mixer. Always add the powder slowly to the water and make sure that the electric mixer is on when the powder is added to the water and that the mixing process continues until a uniform and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Be sure to moisten the substrates before applying the prepared mixture.
Apply the prepared mortar with a trowel or spatula on wet surfaces.

Always mix the amount of powder with water to be used in less than 20 minutes at most.
After the applied mortar is half dry, keep all surfaces moist by spraying water for at least 24 hours.
