Chloride-free concrete antifreeze is a hydration reaction accelerator additive designed for concreting in extreme cold.

Description

Chloride free antifreeze concrete Dexter

Chloride-free concrete antifreeze is a hydration reaction accelerator additive designed for concreting in extreme cold.

Chloride-free concrete antifreeze is controlled according to the following standards:
ASTM C494 / C494 M TYPE C
ISIRI 2930

Properties and effects of chloride-free concrete antifreeze:
Accelerate the progress of the thermogenic reaction of concrete
Accelerate the progression of the hydration reaction
Accelerate the initial setting time
Compatibility with a variety of Portland cements
Increase the initial and final strength of concrete
No chlorine ion
Applications of chloride-free concrete antifreeze:
Concreting in cold and icy weather
Possibility of concreting in the temperature range of -15 to +5 degrees Celsius
Carrying out repair work in cold and icy weather

Dosage of chloride-free concrete antifreeze:

Consumption based on cement weight percentage and temperature is equal to the following table:

Note: The equivalent weight of the used concrete antifreeze must be deducted from the mixing water.

Important points about chloride-free concrete antifreeze:

When concreting in cold weather, it is useful to pay attention to the following points:

Remove the surface of the molds and reinforcements from water, snow and ice.
If possible, heat them until their temperature reaches more than 5 degrees Celsius.
Concrete temperature should not fall below 5 ° C.
If possible, maintain the temperature of the concrete with a suitable coating.
If necessary, the materials, especially water, can be heated and the temperature of freshly poured concrete can be prevented by using a suitable coating.

How to use chloride-free concrete antifreeze:

When making concrete, it is better to mix concrete antifreeze with drinking water and then add it to dry components. If you use ready-mixed concrete, pour the used antifreeze into the mixer truck and start concreting after complete mixing.

Physical and chemical properties of chloride-free concrete antifreeze:
