This product is a solvent-based three-component epoxy-based grout based on epoxy resins. It is also designed for a wide range of construction work that requires bearing static and dynamic loads. In addition, it has high psychological properties, suitable working time, without shrinkage and high compressive and flexural strengths.

Handling and using this product should be done with caution. Wear appropriate gloves, helmets, masks and workwear when using. Avoid contact of this product with skin and eyes. In case of contact with the body, be sure to wash the contact area and its surroundings with plenty of water. In case of accidental ingestion or eye contact, consult a physician immediately. Avoid breathing the product vapors separately.

Storage conditions of three-component epoxy grout:
Store at a temperature between +5 to +35 degrees Celsius away from direct sunlight and under proper ventilation. If stored in suitable conditions and in the original packaging, the product can be stored for up to one year.
Three-component epoxy grout performance:
This product includes epoxy resin (component A), liquid hardener (component B), powder component and also includes various aggregates and mineral fillers (component C). The chemical reaction of epoxy resin, with suitable hardeners, causes hardening and gaining strength. In addition, the presence of available mineral fillers provides a special feature for this product.
How to use three-component epoxy grout:
The sections to be grouted should be dry and free of any contaminants such as grease, dust, rust, processing materials and loose and unstable particles, etc. First, pour component A (epoxy resin) into a container and stir using an electric mixer (drill + blade). Then add component B, which is the hardening liquid, and stir slowly, stirring thoroughly. After thoroughly mixing the two components, gradually add the powder component to the mixture and mix well.
Immediately after mixing, inject at the site. Adjust the pouring height according to the desired depth. Before grouting, make sure that the grouting area has a way for the air to escape. Pour the grout continuously and only on one side. Before opening the molds, make sure that the grout setting is complete. Insert metal parts such as bolts, reinforcement, etc. into the cavity containing epoxy grout and by rotating them inside the cavity, ensure complete contact of the surfaces with the grout.
Avoid moving the metal parts in the grout before initial setting. After finishing the operation, all tools and equipment should be washed quickly with a suitable epoxy solvent. If there is a hardened mortar, shave it and clean it with mechanical tools. The best ambient temperature for this product is -25 to 40 degrees Celsius.
